Stellar Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Integrator - D.C. based Evolved Strategic Satellite Communications System (ESS) Advocate to help connect strategy, stakeholder priorities, and program execution across a high-visibility defense portfolio. This role supports critical engagement at the headquarters and enterprise level, helping align acquisition, lifecycle planning, and program advocacy with mission needs. It is a strong fit for a leader who can navigate complex stakeholder environments while advancing disciplined, mission-oriented execution.



Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications

This role supports program integration, acquisition coordination, and stakeholder engagement across key defense decision forums. The Program Integrator will help maintain alignment across cost, schedule, and technical baselines while supporting milestone activities and long-range program execution.

Key responsibilities include:

    Support DoD acquisition system activities, lifecycle planning, program management, leadership, and business operations
  • Manage strategic stakeholder relationships across operations, PEO, SAE, and Washington, D.C. staff organizations
  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical program baselines
  • Support acquisition activities tied to key program milestones and decision events
  • Contribute to project and program execution, including lifecycle sustainment efforts
  • Use Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook to support program execution
  • Apply knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes in support of customer objectives
  • Help coordinate and represent program priorities across cross-functional engagements
  • Support enterprise alignment and effective communication across stakeholder groups
  • Contribute leadership and program integration discipline in a dynamic mission environment

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience with the DoD acquisition system, lifecycle planning, program management, leadership, and business operations
  • 5+ years of experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships including operations, PEO, SAE, and D.C. staff
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical program baselines
  • Experience with acquisition support to DoD key program milestones and decision events
  • Experience with project and program execution, including lifecycle sustainment
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with the development and execution of DoD acquisition strategies
  • Experience with SATCOM and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications stakeholders and mission areas
  • Experience with Space Force systems and organizations
  • Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Middle Tier and Software Acquisition Pathways
  • Ability to contribute to cross-functional team meetings and professional environments
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent teaming and leadership skills
  • Master's degree
  • Top Secret clearance

Clearance & Additional Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance required
  • Active Top Secret clearance is desired


Location

Washington D.C. - This position is full-time and supports a Government customer environment

Compensation:

The typical salary range for this position is USD $145,000 - $185,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to salary).



Deliverable(s)

Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction.
