Stellar Solutions is seeking a Senior Agile Program Manager (Mission Planning Position) to help drive program execution across a high-priority mission planning environment. This role blends acquisition discipline, Agile leadership, and cross-functional coordination to help teams move with speed, structure, and mission focus. It is an excellent opportunity for a program leader who can bring clarity, momentum, and strong stakeholder engagement to complex defense efforts. Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications This role supports Agile program execution across planning, coordination, and business operations in a dynamic DoD environment. The Agile Program Manager will help align acquisition activities, program increment planning, and stakeholder collaboration to support delivery of mission-critical capability. Key responsibilities include:
Support DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations activities

Compensation: The typical salary range for this position is USD $145,000 - $185,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, retirement plan and other benefits (all in addition to salary). Deliverable(s) Deliverables will be in the format of reports, briefings, spreadsheets, or other documents as directed by the Government, using government approved and/or mandated systems/software and processes governed by guidance/instructions/policy or direction. | |||||||||
