TEKsystems is seeking Data Entry Specialists to help a state deparment with application and eligibility review processing as well as centralized document processing. This person needs prior work experience in data entry, administrative, or customer service related work. This team will be working remote but you must reside in Hawaii. Description The Data Entry Specialist supports centralized processing of public assistance applications and eligibility reviews submitted via an online portal. This includes data entry, scheduling, system updates. This position also supports processing of incoming electronic correspondences received via email, shared files, and fax. Qualifications * Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. * Demonstrate keyboarding/computer skills. * Six months of work experience including demonstrated knowledge of English grammar, spelling, arithmetic, ability to read and understand oral and written instructions; write simply and compare words and numbers quickly and accurately. * Strong organizational and time managementskills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with team and supervisor. * Familiarity with public assistance programs preferred. * Must pass background check.
