Basic Function
The Creative Services Manager works in all areas of marketing and production including but not limited to Content development, Photography, Pre-Press, Collateral, Printing, Advertising, Trade Shows, Social Media and Public Relations for the Residential and Hospitality Divisions. Responsible for managing the development, production and distribution of marketing materials, content, programs and services for consumers, dealers, sales personnel, internal personnel and media.
Organizational Relationships
The Creative Services Manager derives immediate authority from and reports to the Director of Brand Development. Works closely with the Digital Experience Manager, Company Photographer and Marketing Coordinator on marketing projects. Maintains close contact with the product development and sales teams in the planning, development, production, and distribution of company marketing materials.

Location
This position is based in Lenoir, NC.
Specific Responsibilities
Imagery/Content
Plans all photography/videography, in coordination with the Director of Brand Development and the product development/sales teams, for social media, website, blog, advertising, catalogs, public relations, and all other collateral materials for the Residential and Hospitality Divisions. Areas of responsibility include:
  • Planning all photography
  • Attending photoshoots
  • Managing the postproduction process
  • Managing/creating the development of images in CGI and AI
  • Manages/creates content for social media, website, blog, email, digital advertising using photography, drone footage, iPhone images, professional videos, etc.
  • Distribute assets to PIM Manager and Marketing Website (DAM - Bynder)
  • Maintain archival files of all photographs and digital images.

Collateral
Plans and executes all required collateral, in coordination with the Director of Brand Development, and the product development/sales teams for product catalogs, tear pads and other requested collateral. Also works closely with the design, pre-press and printing vendors on projects where necessary. Areas of responsibility include:
  • Works on planning timelines
  • Design/layout of projects
  • Creating digital files and/or printing as needed
  • Responsible for organizing and archiving all final project layouts.

Print & Digital Advertising
Assists the Director of Brand Development in the design/production activities related to advertising. Areas of responsibility include:
  • Design/layout of national print ads
  • Creation of content for paid digital advertising - Google PMAX, Meta Ads, etc.


Market/Trade Shows
Supports the Residential and Hospitality trade shows in the design and production of show-related assets:
  • Photography for PIM (Salsify), website and sales representative use
  • Photography and videos for social - teaser images, Market event images/video
  • Attends shows as necessary.


Digital
Supports the visual/design activities related to the company's websites, blog, emails and social media channels in conjunction with the Digital Experience Manager and digital agency.

Public Relations
Assists in the design/production activities related to public relations.

Visual Brand Direction
Assists in the development and adherence to the visual direction for the brands with the Director of Brand Development and senior management.

Other Responsibilities:
Supports the marketing production needs of our retail partners, such as custom CGI imagery, photography, retailer-specific POP, image requests, etc.

Overseas the management of the Digital Asset Management website (Bynder).

Supports the marketing production needs of corporate initiatives.

Obtain quotes, analyze and monitor expenditures with vendors.

Research external vendor capabilities, negotiate pricing and performance standards to ensure vendor compliance to pricing and quality standards.

Maintains a positive, on-going relationship with outside vendors, such as ad agencies, CGI vendors, photographers, pre-press companies and printers with respect to marketing material development and production.

Preferred Qualifications Education and/or Job Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, advertising or related field.
8-10+ years of experience in creative services management, creation and production.
Experience with the production process from concepting, design/layout, pre-press to printing.

Experience with the photography process from planning to file management including familiarity with CGI and AI tools.

Experience working with agencies.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Self-motivated with a creative mind and willingness to think outside the box.

Hands on knowledge of Adobe products - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.ll
