Overview AMERICAN SYSTEMS, a 100% employee-owned federal government contractor, is seeking a Senior Web Applications Developer to support mission-critical initiatives at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB), Washington, DC. In this role, you will lead the modernization, enhancement, and maintenance of secure web applications that support data-driven decision-making and operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and RESTful API integration, along with the ability to refactor legacy systems, improve application scalability and performance, and collaborate with stakeholders in Agile development environments. THIS POSITION INCLUDES A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! Responsibilities As a Senior Web Application Developer with AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have the opportunity to do the following:
Modernize and maintain web apps for scalability and performance

Pay Transparency Statement AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $108,100.00/Yr. - USD $180,600.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
