Position Summary

In this role, you will manage integrated reporting and data management workstreams for paid media campaigns. You will also be the primary liaison between internal (Business Intelligence, Communications Design & Partnerships) and external stakeholders (Client Media and Measurement Teams, Vendors, and Creative Agencies) to execute approved measurement and analytics deliverables. This individual should have a strong interest in media, marketing and business intelligence.

Responsibilities



  • Manage reporting workstreams for a flawless campaign deliverable execution.

    • Confirm timelines and expectations with Measurement vendors, creative agencies, site agency
    • Review slide inputs with each of the craft teams and follow up on any missing items / items in need of edits
    • Track follow-ups from craft meetings and ensure completeness prior to client check-ins
    • Track any ongoing process issues that need internal or client resolution
    • Share template and maintain version control throughout process


  • Maintain master Gantt chart of annual reporting deliverables, flag any conflicts or scheduling issues
  • Maintain RACI and process documentation
  • Identify areas of potential risk and implement risk mitigation strategies on all assigned projects.
  • Utilize and optimize workload distribution to ensure quality execution and delivery of solutions.
  • Work with Analytics team to identify and manage expectations of both internal reporting scope documents and external client needs at the project level.
  • Communicate potential variances upstream through internal teams in timely fashion.
  • Review and maintain documents that define analytics scope of work.
  • Attend & support campaign kick-off meetings/calls by answering analytics/data needs questions and sending recaps.
  • Ensure integrated reporting execution process is appropriately followed by craft teams.
  • Revaluate SLAs on an as needed basis when given new direction from the clients.
  • Provide status updates and escalate issues to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain data set organization within file storage.
  • Prepare QA instructions for internal Analytics team.
  • Troubleshoot any data issues and solicit help from Analytics; other craft teams when needed.



Desired Skills and Experience



  • 3+ years of project management experience within either analytics, media, or creative services.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus
  • Experience working within an advertising agency environment.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Familiar with marketing communications strategy, measurement, data management, and processes across all media formats including online media, data process, tagging, and creative solutions.
  • Knowledge of the digital media and analytics processes / methodologies.
  • Track, record, and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs and Excel with an ability to embrace, onboard, and learn internal project management tools and systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal capabilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to internal/external teams.
  • Well-organized, ability to multi-task, strong written and oral communication skills, detail-oriented, energetic, can work as a team or independently, and receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to thrive, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
