Responsibilities

Our Enterprise Systems internship is designed to give you hands-on experience, professional development opportunities, and meaningful connections that will help shape your future career. As an Enterprise Systems Intern you will:

    Assist project managers with the following:
    • Plan and track project initiatives
    • Track and manage issues ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation
    • Monitor and update project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in project management tools
    • Document system integration requirements, workflows, and technical specifications
    • Participate in testing efforts for system integrations, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination
    • Support data migration and integration activities between external platforms and internal systems
    • Participate in post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement

From day one, you'll engage in a variety of IT projects across Finance and Human Resource that provide insight into the industry. You'll collaborate with peers, work on real-world projects, and gain exposure to different departments to broaden your skill set. Throughout the program, there will be opportunities to connect with mentors and showcase your work in a final project. By the end of your internship, you'll walk away with valuable experience, a strong professional network, and a deeper understanding of your career path.



Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Capable of managing time and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry and eager to learn
