The Assembler will perform a wide variety of tasks supporting a manufacturing and production environment. Responsibilities include assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, fabrication, repair, and inspection of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

This role may include setting up and operating machines and hand tools, routing and expediting material flow, and verifying work accuracy. All work must be performed according to written instructions and quality standards.

Key duties include:

Material preparation and assembly/rework of electronic and mechanical components

Wire and cable preparation, installation, crimping, and torquing using hand tools

Performing in-process inspections to ensure quality and compliance

Working with subassemblies and complex product builds

Maintaining productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

2+ years of applicable work experience

Experience with VM, CMES, SAP, or similar manufacturing systems/databases

Strong hand/finger dexterity and high attention to detail

Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards

Basic computer and math skills

Experience using hand tools (screwdrivers, sockets, ratchets, torque tools, analyzers, etc.)

Ability to work across shifts and adjust to production needs

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience in Manufacturing, Assembly, Aviation, or Naval environments preferred

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

Strong time management and continuous improvement mindset

Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
