Job Title: Assembler Duration: 6 +Months Location: Oro Valley AZ 85755 Payrate: $19 on w2 without benefits Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday occasional evening/weekend overtime. 5am to 8am start time Job Description: The Assembler position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment Use electric solder equipment to IPC-A-610B standard Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures Minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment, as needed Use head and neck in static position, looking up/down and side-to-side Use hand tools, power tools and electric soldering gun Minimal: heavy lifting from floor or higher, bending, twisting, climbing, lifting arms above shoulders, kneeling Able to operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, electric soldering gun and light machinery; Proficient in using the tools, equipment, and inspection aids applicable to the scope of work assigned Capable of performing basic mathematics Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules, operating/ manufacturing instructions, policies and procedure Required Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of prior related work experience in an electrical/avionics manufacturing/testing environment or completed OJT training for at least 10 products.
