Compensation: $16.50 + 10% shift differential
Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:30 PM to 12:00 PM)

In this role, you'll support masking, coating touch-up, and inspection processes within a fast-paced production environment. What You'll Do:
  • Perform masking, demasking, and touch-up work on circuit boards within the conformal coating process
  • Work with coatings and related chemicals while following all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Apply fine motor skills and precision techniques to ensure accurate coating and protection of sensitive components
  • Maintain speed and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment while upholding strict quality standards
  • Adapt quickly to changing production needs and support overall workflow within the department

Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience requiring fine manual dexterity
  • Minimum 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
What Sets You Apart:
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, and visual aids
  • Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal) to safely and effectively perform job duties
  • Experience interpreting engineering instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics
  • Familiarity with electronic components, including identification and assembly techniques
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, IPC standards, and ESD practices
  • Ability to use a variety of hand and pneumatic tools (e.g., torque drivers, wrenches, cutters)
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Additional Information:
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
