About the Role
The Facilities & Security Technician maintains a safe, secure, and reliable facility by monitoring the building perimeter and access points, supporting lobby security, and responding to emergencies. The role supports Facilities with preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical equipment, escorts vendors, and completes customer-required reports while following all safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and SDS requirements. This position is available on call to respond to emergency situations, including system failures and water leaks. Shift available: Monday-Friday 8A-4:30P Responsibilities

Facilities Technician I - $23.41 to $29.30 per hour
