We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.

Play an integral role in delivering some of the most complex and high-impact pipeline infrastructure projects in the world. As a Sr. Construction Manager - Pipelines, you lead execution across arctic and remote environments where precision, safety, and resilience are critical to success. You partner closely with project leadership, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure construction delivery aligns with strategic objectives, contractual requirements, and operational excellence standards.

Purpose of the role

You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and end-to-end management of construction activities for major pipeline projects, with a strong emphasis on arctic and permafrost environments. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations.

You develop and execute construction strategies that align with customer objectives and Worley's operational frameworks, while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans. You bring deep domain expertise to complex challenges, enabling informed decision-making and driving high-performance outcomes across project teams.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading construction execution for large-scale pipeline projects, including arctic and remote terrain delivery
  • Developing and overseeing integrated construction plans aligned with project, business, and organizational priorities
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and Worley policies and procedures
  • Driving a safety-first culture across all construction activities, particularly in high-risk and extreme weather environments
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve or exceed performance targets
  • Providing leadership to direct and indirect reports, including performance management, workforce planning, and capability development
  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and deliverables
  • Identifying and resolving complex construction challenges through innovative and practical solutions
  • Presenting project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders
  • Supporting the development and implementation of construction systems, tools, and process improvements
