Our luxury beauty client is looking for a Retention & Loyalty Manager to join their team!

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity that will require fully remote work (U.S.-based, with a preference for candidates located in Los Angeles, CA).

Responsibilities:



  • Own and execute the end-to-end retention strategy across email, SMS, subscription, and loyalty programs, driving repeat purchase, customer lifetime value, and long-term engagement.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, developing segmentation strategies, audience architecture, and personalized communication plans that align with customer behavior and journey stage.
  • Manage and optimize email and SMS programs from strategy through deployment, including campaign planning, flow development, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee subscription and loyalty programs, identifying opportunities to reduce churn, increase engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience through thoughtful program design.
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, product, and ecommerce teams to brief, develop, and refine content that reflects brand voice and drives measurable impact.
  • Analyze performance metrics across retention channels, translating data into actionable insights and continuously optimizing strategies to improve conversion and engagement.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies across existing programs, proactively building and implementing scalable systems, workflows, and best practices.

Requirements:



  • 4-6+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM within a DTC or ecommerce environment.
  • Proven expertise in email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive), with hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns and flows.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle strategy, and performance metrics such as LTV, churn, conversion, and engagement.
  • Highly analytical and self-sufficient, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategy independently.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across creative, product, and growth teams.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with a bias toward execution and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $85,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience. This position is eligible for additional benefits including health, dental, and retirement plans.
