Journey Builder (Lifecycle Marketing Operations)
Summary

The Marketing Operations team plays a critical role in enabling automated, on-device communications for digital products and services. This team is responsible for the development and execution of in-app messaging delivered to millions of global users.

We are seeking a self-motivated and curious professional to manage day-to-day operational workflows supporting growth marketing initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and business teams to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement.

The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in customer journey orchestration who can think strategically, execute with precision, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy customer journey campaigns aligned with product and marketing objectives
  • Assess platform capabilities and data requirements to support campaign execution
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on deliverables, timelines, and risks for large-scale global initiatives
  • Execute A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive incremental growth
  • Monitor campaigns for operational integrity and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and processes
  • Contribute to building documentation, playbooks, and best practices for knowledge sharing and training

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/ESP platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL experience preferred
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time
  • Strong communication skills across various formats (Slack, email, presentations)
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with consumer digital products and services ecosystems

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience

Additional Requirements

  • This opportunity is located in New York, NY and requires hybrid work.
  • The pay for this W-2 position is $75.38 per hour.
  • This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked.
