Within our Strategic Global Accounts organization, you will work in a collaborative, professional, and global environment alongside regional sales, engineering, product divisions, and executive sponsors to help shape long-term growth with select global OEM customers. You will have the opportunity to influence customer direction, drive design wins through to revenue, and represent a broad Microchip portfolio in conversations that matter to the customer's business.     Requirements/Qualifications:

    Requirements/Qualifications

    - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline

    - 3 to 5 years of semiconductor or OEM sales experience with technically complex, multi-site or global customers

    - Demonstrated success driving design wins, expanding business, or increasing account influence in a technical sales environment

    - Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, and regional sales teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority

    - Industrial or complex OEM market knowledge preferred

    - Willingness to travel 20 to 30 percent

    Benefits of working at Microchip

    The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $103,000 - $204,000.*

    *Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
