We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join a pivotal Marketing Operations team, where you will be instrumental in orchestrating and optimizing customer journeys for digital services. What you'll do:

* Develop, test, and deploy sophisticated customer journeys, translating product and strategy objectives into effective platform capabilities and data needs.

* Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders across global, large-scale projects, ensuring operational plans, deliverables, and risks are meticulously addressed and aligned.

* Optimize performance through rigorous A/B testing to drive incremental growth and continuous program improvement.

* Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, proactively identifying and communicating issues to internal teams for swift resolution.

* Identify key opportunities to enhance campaign performance, operational efficiency, processes, and product tooling.

* Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks, serving as a vital reference and training resource for the team.

Qualifications:

* Experience with SQL.

* 7-10 years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience, with a proven track record of building and launching successful acquisition and engagement initiatives.

* Extensive experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, or Oracle Responsys.

* High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality projects.

* A proactive, thoughtful, and resourceful innovator with a strong willingness to tackle ambiguity and overcome roadblocks.

* Ability to react calmly to unexpected challenges, devise effective contingency plans, make sound judgment calls, and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment.

* Strong team player mentality, consistently considering the impact on partners and fostering collaborative relationships.

* Effective communication skills across all mediums, from instant messaging and email to formal presentations.

* A genuine passion for digital services and a deep familiarity with widely used hardware and software ecosystems.

* BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent practical work experience.
