We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join a critical team focused on short-term demand and capacity planning. * Identify and leverage appropriate data sources, contributing to the development of strategic recommendations.

* Determine and apply appropriate analytical techniques, critically evaluating assumptions to ensure data integrity.

* Simplify and share relevant findings and insights, ensuring presented results are accessible and accurate for diverse stakeholders.

* Support and consult with cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations.

* Recommend and implement efficiency improvements for core work processes, evaluating the viability of automated data collection methods.

* Understand the intricate linkages between analytical models, contribute to the review process, and diagnose deficiencies to determine root causes.

* Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment in data sources and processes, engaging stakeholders to capitalize on identified opportunities.

**What you'll need:**

* 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, analytics, or a related operations-focused role.

* A degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, or a related field, is required.

* Strong analytical and data modeling skills, with hands-on experience conducting exploratory data analysis and translating insights into recommendations.

* Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data validation) and experience using reporting or data visualization tools.

* Solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals, including demand-supply balancing, capacity planning, and operational execution.

* Ability to evaluate data sources, assumptions, and analytical outputs, identifying gaps or improvement opportunities in models and analyses.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex findings for cross-functional stakeholders.

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

**Nice to have:**
