Our client, a global leader known for innovation and customer focus, is seeking an experienced SEO professional to join their journey orchestration team. This is a chance to play a meaningful role in shaping the candidate experience across large scale hiring platforms that support both hourly and corporate recruiting efforts around the world. In this role, you will help strengthen how candidates discover and engage with career opportunities, directly supporting the growth and success of a highly visible global business.

Are you a strategic and data driven SEO expert who knows how to improve performance across complex digital ecosystems? Our client is looking for someone who can lead SEO initiatives across multiple markets, languages, and channels. In this role, you will own and drive SEO strategy across global hiring websites, combining technical SEO, content optimization, analytics, and emerging AI search capabilities. You will partner cross functionally to improve visibility, rankings, traffic, and candidate engagement while building scalable programs that support long term growth.

Key Responsibilities



  • Strategic SEO Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global career and hiring websites across multiple countries and languages
  • Establish and maintain technical SEO roadmaps in partnership with cross functional teams
  • Lead AI search channel development and testing frameworks
  • Drive local SEO initiatives, including landing page optimization
  • Implement metadata standardization and testing frameworks to improve rankings and click through rates
  • Technical SEO Management
  • Oversee onsite technical SEO implementation and optimization
  • Provide guidance on site migrations and large scale platform transitions
  • Manage SEO requirements during CMS migrations and domain consolidations
  • Implement white hat link building strategies
  • Content & Analytics
  • Lead content SEO strategy and multilingual content programs
  • Build and scale keyword research frameworks
  • Manage SEO reporting and analytics using advanced reporting platforms
  • Develop A/B testing methodologies to improve content performance
  • Create tools and processes that support scalable content strategy execution


Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of HTML5, SQL, and REGEX Stakeholder communication experience Experience in recruitment marketing or e commerce Background working across start up and enterprise environments Recognition through industry awards, judging experience, or other professional distinction Freelance or consulting experience supporting a range of clients Experience with brand SERP management and digital PR integration

Required Qualifications

Technical Expertise Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content SEO, and local SEO Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Adobe Analytics Familiarity with AI search testing and optimization Professional Experience 5+ years of SEO experience in high growth environments Bachelor's degree required, with marketing preferred Proven success managing SEO programs for international markets Experience working within enterprise level organizations History of successful site migrations and technical implementations Demonstrated ability to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall search performance Strategic Skills Strong data driven approach to decision making Ability to build testing frameworks and measurement systems Experience developing and implementing global SEO programs Strong project management skills Proven success driving outcomes with limited or no dedicated developer resources
