Job Description

The Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Reporting Consultant II is primarily responsible for Bank Loan and Allstate Investment Management Company (AIMCO) trade settlement, report generation, analysis, and validation, as well as the AIMCO monthly/payment reports and post-payment date reporting.

This role is also responsible for ensuring Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) calculations are accurate. It is critical for the CLO Reporting Consultant II keeps constant lines of communication open with various internal and external groups in regards to trade settlement status.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily trade support for Bank Loans (BLS) and AIMCO - confirm and allocate all trades on ClearPar, trade enrichment in Trade Capture, coordinate all legal documents between Front Office, Trustee, Legal, and the ClearWater team (data quality/compliance/timeliness key)
  • Work closely with Pricing Group & vendor to ensure all assets have current pricing
  • Maintain accuracy of Security Master data between ClearWater and Aladdin and investigate and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ensure/validate and research data accuracy for both new and established assets in Wall Street Office (WSO) and their downstream systems
  • Conduct analysis and use independent judgement to determine if CLO calculations are accurate
  • Prepare AIMCO Determination Date reports and coordinate, analyze, investigate, and independently resolve monthly discrepancies in timely manner with trustee
  • Interpret reporting rules to create, maintain, and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports looking for and analyzing trends and deliver them to Front Office, Legal and Upper Management

Preferred Experience:

  • 2 or more years of experience
  • Working knowledge of Bank Loans, CLOs, and syndicated loan products
  • Experience supporting the trade lifecycle (confirmation, allocation, settlement)
  • Hands-on use of ClearPar, Clearwater Analytics, Aladdin, and Wall Street Office (WSO) or similar platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills with high attention to accuracy and timeliness
  • Ability to research, analyze, and independently resolve data and pricing discrepancies
  • Proficiency in Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and trend analysis
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate across Front Office, Legal, Trustees, and Operations
  • Prior experience in an investment operations or Middle Office environment is a plus

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 68,500.00 - 115,600.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
