Social Media Coordinator / Videographer Support - Sales Experience (DTH)

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator / Videographer Support to manage and execute day to day social media content while assisting with video production across the Sales Experience team. This is a social first role with secondary responsibilities supporting the videographer during shoots and events.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily social media content across platforms including posts, stories, and short form video
• Capture and publish real time content from competitions, incentives, events, and key sales moments
• Plan and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns and initiatives
• Write captions aligned with brand voice and sales culture
• Monitor content performance and adjust output based on engagement
• Coordinate with design and video to ensure content is aligned and on brand
• Assist videographer with shoot setup and teardown
• Support lighting, audio, and general production needs during shoots
• Operate a second camera when needed
• Help prep, organize, and manage gear for shoots and events
• Assist with basic content organization and post production support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short form content
• Ability to capture and edit content on mobile and camera
• Organized and able to operate in a fast paced environment
• Basic understanding of video production
• Willingness to support on shoots and assist wherever neededWillingness to support on shoots and assist wherever needed
