Description Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support a large, enterprise-level program spanning two major software implementations: Workday and UKG. This is a hands-on role focused on project discipline, execution, and operational support. This person will work closely with the program manager and cross-functional stakeholders to keep the program running smoothly. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting management, maintaining project plans and artifacts, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, producing status reports, and ensuring follow-ups are executed. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, vocal, confident, and proactive - not timid - and who takes initiative to solve problems and keep work moving forward. This role is well-suited for someone eager to grow in project management and gain exposure to enterprise implementations.
