Oracle Database Administration (Hands-on experience administering Oracle databases in production environments, Strong knowledge of performance tuning, backup and recovery (RMAN), patching, upgrades, and security management, Experience with troubleshooting database issues, ensuring high availability, and supporting missioncritical applications, Familiarity with PL/SQL, automation scripts, and monitoring tools preferred) 2. Team Lead / Supervisory Experience (this person will have 3 direct reports and needs to have some lead experience even if it's 1 year) 3. ERP Support (Banner Highly Preferred) - candidate just needs to have experience with ERP if they don't have banner but have other experience like peoplesoft we can look at that as well 3. Experience administering or supporting Apache web servers, including configuration, security, and troubleshooting 4. Dataware house experience Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves * pl sql Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred Qualifications* Experience with managing Ellucian Banner ERP/SIS * Experience installing a Ellucian Banner 9 and related products * Knowledge of Banner Document Management System * Knowledge of Ellucian Ethos Platform and integrations * Experience using PL/SQL * Experience working with Tomcat * Experience in Disaster Recovery planning * Tuning and optimizing database environments * Ability to manage multiple complex and time sensitive projects simultaneously * Excellent communication skills Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.
