Job Summary KEMET Electronics / YAGEO Group is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Supervisor at our Simpsonville, SC facility. This is an onsite role. The Payroll & Benefits Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the accurate, compliant, and timely administration of payroll operations and employee benefits. This role supervises day to day coordination and execution of payroll processing, ensures regulatory compliance, resolves escalated issues, and drives continuous improvement across payroll and benefits processes. The position partners closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver a high quality employee experience while maintaining strong internal controls.
