About the Role We are seeking a Vice President, Talent & Culture to lead the design and execution of scalable talent strategies that support business growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering closely with executive leadership to build the infrastructure required for a multi-site, high-growth organization. In the near term, this role will focus on organizational design, job architecture, leveling, and compensation alignment. Over time, the Vice President will strengthen leadership capability, build talent pipelines, and implement performance systems that drive accountability and results across the organization. What You'll Do Organizational Design and Talent Infrastructure Lead organizational design, job architecture, and leveling across a multi-site organization. Align compensation structures to support scalability, market competitiveness, and internal equity. Build frameworks that create clarity, consistency, and career growth pathways. Leadership Development and Talent Strategy Strengthen leadership capability across club and regional leaders. Build and execute talent pipeline and succession strategies for critical roles. Improve manager effectiveness and leadership accountability at scale. Performance and Talent Systems Implement performance management systems that drive measurable business outcomes. Align hiring, development, performance, and rewards into a cohesive talent strategy. Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve quality of hire and role clarity. Data-Driven Decision Making Leverage workforce data to improve retention, engagement, and productivity. Establish metrics and dashboards to track talent performance and business impact. Experience scaling talent systems in a high-growth, multi-location environment such as fitness, retail, hospitality, or healthcare. Proven ability to build and implement organizational structures and talent frameworks. Demonstrated success improving leadership capability and performance outcomes. Strong business acumen with a focus on measurable impact. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders. A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
