As Head of Growth Excellence within the CCO organization, you will lead a lean, highimpact team that turns strategy into measurable value. This senior role combines handson delivery with thought leadership, sponsorship of digital and AI product squads, and close partnership with BE commercial leaders. Major Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and develop a highperforming team of Growth Excellence (Senior) Managers and business enablement profiles in a global, agile setup
- Steer and deliver initiative clusters across New Customer Growth, Existing Customer Growth, Pricing, and Commercial Activation, translating complex challenges into clear project plans with scope, milestones, resources, and value targets
- Establish rigorous impact tracking to quantify and communicate P&L value across business entities and redeploy resources to the highestvalue opportunities
- Drive daytoday implementation with pace and quality, including profitability analyses, pricing diagnostics, commercial performance reviews, and new commercial routines such as pipeline management and win rooms
- Sponsor Digital & AI product squads with IT&D/D&AI, ensuring business requirements inform digital product priorities and accelerating adoption of tools across the seller journey
- Drive cross-business entity teamwork to co-create and implement key commercial excellence initiatives - driving playbook standardization, activating best practices at scale, and building a vibrant commercial community that shares wins and unlocks synergies
- Coach sales teams and Commercial Excellence practitioners, develop scalable playbooks and training, and communicate progress to the CCO leadership team
- Orchestrate cross-business entity go-to-market strategies in priority growth areas such as but not limited to, robotics, defense, and AI servers aligning segmentation, value propositions, and activation plans to ensure consistent execution, accelerate market capture, and secure winning positions in these high-potential markets
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (MBA is preferred) with a minimum of 10+ years' experience in B2B commercial excellence, strategy, pricing, or largescale commercial transformation with quantifiable P&L impact, ideally in industrials, chemicals, or adjacent specialties
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated digital and AI fluency; experience sponsoring product squads or driving digital transformation, bridging business and technology seamlessly
- Deep expertise in people leadership within project-driven and agile environments.
- Ability to inspire high-performing teams with deep expertise and a culture of continuous improvement; ability to foster accountability and agility
- Ability to communicate with strong executive presence, apply structured problemsolving and financial rigor, and ability operate with an entrepreneurial mentality.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with credibility at CCO and Executive Leadership Team level
- Ability to work confidently in global contexts and collaborate effectively across all business entities and functions in a matrixed environment
- Professional, fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus
