Responsible for user liaison, system specifications, systems design, analysis, and project control. May also interact with Analysts and Programmers through implementation phases and occasionally assist in programming effort. Provide key link between ultimate user and computing resource. Typically posses eight or more years experience. Plans, organizes, coordinates, promotes, facilitates and executes all events sponsored by the Vice President's Office. Coordinates and effectively oversees multiple assignments; prioritizes and meets deadlines set by managers; anticipates the needs of each event/project and completes event/project on schedule as assigned. Coordinates and participates in the planning of campus-wide events held on campus and other locations in the community. Coordinates with vendors, campus community, and key stakeholders regarding all logistical needs for events. Trains, assigns duties and provides lead oversight for special projects under the direction of the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and COO. Performs administrative and technical support responsibilities for the Vice President's Office encompassing full range of complex, specialized, sensitive and highly confidential responsibilities. Prepares reports, memorandum and correspondence; and files confidential documentation. Leads and oversees training to temporary staff and student assistants. Other duties as assigned.
