What to Expect
This position will provide operations oversight night audits of all office spaces and breakrooms at GFNV all sites on a defined schedule.They will be the primary contact for expedited requests and field execution. They will provide escalation to night time janitorial and cafe teams. This position supports furniture inventory management including all furniture and equipment supplied by Workplace. They will manage, dispatch and complete tickets. They will provide night support Workplace services pickup counter.
What You'll Do
- Primary point of contact for workplace email inquiries, providing support, guidance, and issue escalation with excellent customer service
- Manage office supply inventory, including monitoring stock levels and reordering supplies as needed
- Oversee swag bag program, coordinating with management on requests
- Manage operations ticket requests by communicating with requestors, prioritizing needs, closing tickets, and updating the team on status
- Dispatch and coordinate ticket handling with the Operations team, ensuring task distribution is efficient
- Collaborate with the data team to implement inventory management systems and support operations with inventory for furniture and equipment
- Assist in identifying inefficiencies and support on-site Tesla events, while helping other Workplace team members as needed
What You'll Bring
- Oversee nighttime coverage hours to open WP Services Counter providing support for teamwear, mailroom pick-up and general Workplace answer bar service. Cross-Trained on all Workplace Services -Teamwear and Mailroom Processes
- Provide breakroom, office space, conference room audits for all GFNV sites on a defined schedule
- Support customer experience events for night shifts
- Support night Workplace technicians as needed
- Operations ticket requests. Supports Operations team by managing ticketing requests including contacting requestors for clarification, closing tickets as they are completed with closure notes and informing the team of ticket status with prioritization of need
