We are hosting a Virtual Hiring Interview Event for Remote Customer Service Representatives on Tuesday, May 5, from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM. Interested candidates should apply to be considered; applications will be reviewed prior to scheduling interviews.

We are seeking experienced customer service professionals with knowledge of medical terminology and prior remote work experience preferred. Opportunities are available for both bilingual (Spanish/English) and English-speaking candidates to join Johns Hopkins Health Plans.

The Customer Service Representative supports health plan members by providing timely, accurate information regarding benefits, eligibility, claims, and plan services. This role ensures member satisfaction through professional handling of inquiries, thorough documentation, and coordination with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, managed care, or member services preferred
• Call center or customer-facing experience accepted
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance/benefits terminology preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and follow established policies and procedures
