This is a 12-18 month temporary assignment with full benefit eligibility.

Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Hybrid (Onsite 6 Days/Month)

Summary:

A UKG Workforce Central (WFC) Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, optimizing, and supporting the workforce management system. This role ensures accurate timekeeping, scheduling, payroll data flow, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

This role partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Nursing Operations, Information Technology and other Operational departments within the organization to ensure accurate workforce data, regulatory compliance, and efficient workforce management processes within the healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Configure and customize system settings, workflows, pay rules, accruals, attendance rules, overtime rules, and business-specific scheduling needs.

2. Edit and maintain pay rules, work rules, schedules, rounding rules, accruals, and premiums

3. Create, update, and maintain user accounts, security profiles, and access permissions.

4. Implements system updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT.

5. Supports hospital operations, ensuring timekeeping and scheduling workflows align with clinical and other operational staffing needs.

6. Collaborates with nursing leadership, department managers, other operational department managers and HR to ensure accurate staffing and labor management practices.

7. Coordinates with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate time and attendance data for payroll processing.

8. Troubleshoots discrepancies in timecards, pay codes, and payroll exports.

9. Develops and maintains workforce management reports

10. Maintains audit trails and documentation related to timekeeping practices and payroll compliance.

11. Supports internal and external audits related to workforce data.

12. Serves as the primary resource for Kronos system troubleshooting and user support.

13. Develops training materials, Standard Work Instructions (SWI), Job Aides and provides education for managers, schedulers, and payroll staff.

14. Leads system training sessions and supports onboarding of new users.

15. Identifies opportunities to streamline workforce management processes through automation and improved configuration.

16. Participates in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new Kronos modules.

Other information:

Technical Expertise

1. Experience in database query functions to pull data is required.
2. Experience in federal, state, and local employment regulations is preferred.
3. Experience and professionalism working with all levels within an organization is required.
4. Experience in healthcare is preferred.
5. Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Automated accounting, payroll, and time and attendance systems is required. Kronos system is preferred.

Education and Experience

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, IT or related field is required.
