Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for product development and merchandising? We're seeking a proactive and collaborative professional to step into a pivotal support role, where your meticulous efforts will directly contribute to bringing exciting new products to life. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact, ensuring the smooth operation of product creation cycles and fostering strong relationships across various internal and external teams. Your day will involve a blend of detailed data management, logistical coordination, and cross-functional communication, all aimed at ensuring accuracy and efficiency in product development.

Here's a closer look at the impact you'll make:

* Create and maintain precise product line information within internal systems and other essential milestone documents, including costing and pre-sample/sales sample discrepancy reports.

* Organize, track, and archive product samples on a seasonal basis for team reference and all milestone meetings, including maintaining the team's dedicated product sample area.

* Prepare product tools for milestone meetings, which includes organizing physical products and setting up presentation boards.

* Ensure the accuracy of data for packaging labels by gathering necessary product details, validating images and text, and updating product line plans as required.

* Communicate effectively with regional product teams and planning/operations to implement any necessary changes to product line information.

* Process supply and sample orders, and act as a liaison with legal, finance, sales planning, and marketing to address inquiries or resolve issues on behalf of the team.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, ideally within a product development, merchandising, or related field.

* Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

* Proficiency in data entry and experience maintaining accurate information within various systems.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across diverse teams.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Familiarity with product lifecycle management or similar product information systems.

* Experience with sample management and tracking.

* A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
