Pay Salaried grade 11 or 13 $98,700 - $133,500 / year, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance. Exempt Schedule 1st Shift (Sunday - Friday), hours vary to meet business needs. Candidates can expect to fly about three days per week. Are you ready to take your career to new heights? In this role, you'll be a vital partner to the Captain in ensuring every journey is smooth, safe, and comfortable for our company employees and guests. Serve as the "Pilot Monitoring" when not flying, keeping a vigilant eye on flight instruments, radio communications, and navigation to support the Captain Assist in preparing accurate flight plans, checking weather reports, and calculating fuel requirements and aircraft performance data Ensure all phases of flight strictly adhere to FAA regulations, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and local airport guidelines Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure the aircraft is airworthy and ready for departure Provide excellent customer service to all passengers Coordinate ground transportation, fueling, and hangar services at destination airports to ensure a seamless transition for passengers Accurately maintain aircraft logbooks, flight records, and expense reports following company policy Participate in company safety meetings and contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS) to continuously improve flight operations Required Qualifications 2+ years of college or Associate Degree A Commercial Pilot Certificate with a Cessna Citation CE 500 SIC Type Rating 1,500 hours of flight time in a variety of aircraft 1 year of Pilot experience Ability to use various aviation related iPad apps Good computer skills Google Workspace Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations Communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent math skills Comprehensive knowledge of the latest developments within the business aviation community, including the FAR's and other Federal, State, Local and Foreign regulations. affecting operations Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job, which include lifting items weighing. 15 - 50 pounds and occasionally in excess of 75 pounds Specific vision abilities are required by this job include close vision and distance vision Preferred Qualifications Four year college degree 100 hours of Jet experience in aircraft of the same or similar category, class and type as those operated by McKee Foods Experience flying in a structured crew environment Cessna Citation CE 500 and EMB 145 Type Rating Benefits Competitive weekly pay Profit-sharing cash bonus program 401(k) with matching contributions 25 days Paid Time Off (for vacation, holidays, sick time, personal time, etc.) Medical insurance, including health, dental, vision and prescription drug plan Supplemental plans, including life insurance Fully-paid parental leave Health Center and Pharmacy Mental wellness counseling (on-site in TN, virtual elsewhere) Tuition reimbursement Credit Union Exercise and recreation facility Wellness programs with incentives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Short-term and long-term disability benefits (company-paid) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
