The Benefits Administrator supports the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, with a focus on accurate processing, data management, vendor coordination, and employee support. This role assists in maintaining efficient benefits operations, supporting system processes and file feeds, and ensuring a high level of service and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working with benefits systems and data. What You'll Do: Benefits Administration & Processing * Process employee benefit enrollments and changes in HRIS. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Employee Support & Customer Service * Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs, eligibility, claims issues, and enrollment processes in a timely and professional manner. Compliance & Documentation * Support compliance with applicable benefits regulations by maintaining accurate records and documentation. Vendor Coordination * Coordinate with benefits vendors and third-party administrators to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth service delivery. Wellness/Events Support * Assist in coordinating wellness initiatives and benefits-related events (e.g., open enrollment, flu clinics, educational sessions). Process Improvement & System Support * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience within benefits processes. What You'll Bring * At least 2-4 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR function This salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000. This position is classified as remote but is tied to our New York, NY office located at 120 Broadway. Employment is subject to New York State tax withholding under applicable regulations.
