Job Summary: The IT Support Analyst provides frontline technical support for Windowsbased environments, serving as a key resource for troubleshooting, user support, and identity management. This role supports daytoday IT operations by resolving enduser issues, managing accounts in Active Directory and Azure, and documenting work through a ticketing system. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support for Windows 10 systems, including troubleshooting OS, hardware, and application issues * Serve as firstlevel support for end users by diagnosing and resolving helpdesk incidents and service requests * Reset passwords and manage user access in Active Directory and Azure AD * Troubleshoot common issues related to login, email, applications, printers, and network access * Document incidents, resolutions, and escalations using an IT ticketing system * Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with detailed documentation * Follow IT processes, SLAs, and security best practices * Deliver clear, professional communication to users with varying technical skill levels Required Qualifications: * 1-3+ years of experience supporting Windows 10 environments * 1-3+ years of handson helpdesk or IT support experience * Experience resetting passwords and providing user account support * 1-3+ years working with Active Directory and Azure AD * Experience using an IT ticketing system in a support environment * Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting enterprise users in a corporate IT environment * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications * Basic understanding of networking concepts * IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Paulsboro, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
