Job Summary: The Desktop Support Analyst (Mac) provides handson technical support for a macOSbased environment, supporting end users with hardware, operating system, and SaaS application issues. This role partners closely with employees to ensure a smooth, secure, and productive Mac experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Provide advanced desktop support and troubleshooting for macOS systems * Diagnose and resolve hardware, OS, and application issues on Mac laptops and desktops * Support SaaS applications including Okta (or similar SSO tools), Slack, Zoom, Jira, and other business platforms * Manage Mac device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management using JAMF or Kandji * Troubleshoot login, access, and authentication issues related to SSO and identity tools * Support Google Workspace (GSuite) including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and user account issues * Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in a ticketing system * Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams while providing clear documentation * Assist with new hire onboarding, offboarding, and equipment refreshes * Deliver highquality customer service and clear communication to technical and nontechnical users Required Qualifications: * 4+ years of handson Mac desktop support and troubleshooting experience * Strong expertise supporting macOS in an enterprise environment * Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Okta (or other SSO platforms), Slack, Zoom, and Jira * Handson experience with Mac device management tools such as JAMF or Kandji * Experience supporting Google Workspace (GSuite) environments * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problemsolving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting fully or primarily Macbased organizations * Familiarity with security best practices for macOS and SaaS tools * Experience working in a fastgrowing or dynamic IT environment * IT certifications or Apple certifications are a plus Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bingham Farms, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
