Job Title: Project Assistant Professional

Duration: 03+ months

Location: Tucson, AZ 85747

Schedule: Mon- Fri, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills
  • Highly organized personality with meticulous attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors.
  • Good numerical, organizational and time management skills and a genuine interest in facilities maintenance operations.
  • Excellent computing, secretarial, interpersonal, teamworking and written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use computers and computer software including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and to enter data into computerized management systems to compose and complete computer reports.
  • Experience or background in accounting and / or financing functions.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must pass Client required background clearance.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or higher in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Familiarity with accounting procedures


Responsibilities:

  • Maintains office services by assisting with processing vendor invoices and preparing comprehensive invoicing to the client.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Assisting with preparing an annual budget
  • Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Well organized, flexible and enjoy the financial challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, and service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced.
  • Assist with completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning work orders to technicians utilizing a computerized maintenance management software system (CMMS).
