Facility Manager
About the Role

Lead the delivery of exceptional workplace experience services for executive environments, combining strategic facilities management with white-glove hospitality standards. This role requires outstanding operational excellence, executive presence, and the ability to anticipate C-suite needs while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development Develop elite Workplace Experience capabilities through strategic hiring, upskilling, and mentorship. Cultivate a service-oriented team that delivers proactive, hospitality-driven excellence while understanding executive operational requirements and confidentiality protocols. Manage performance, succession planning, and foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence Ensure seamless, discreet delivery of all services in executive spaces with zero disruptions during critical business operations. Develop standardized procedures that minimize impact during business hours. Support workplace programs and technology rollouts with precision timing and stakeholder sensitivity. Align all services with contractual requirements, standards, and KPIs.

Executive Stakeholder Management Work closely with Account Leadership and the Client to understand goals and focus areas for Experience Services. Anticipate executive needs with exceptional attention to detail, proactively address challenges before they impact leadership, and serve as the trusted advisor for facilities matters. Build strong relationships with C-suite occupants and their executive assistants.

Compliance & Risk Management Maintain strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk policies with heightened security protocols appropriate for C-suite environments. Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response and business continuity plans tailored to executive operations. Coordinate with corporate security, IT, and administrative teams for confidential meetings, special events, and VIP visits.

Vendor & Quality Management Oversee service vendor execution to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance. Ensure all vendor personnel demonstrate appropriate professionalism, discretion, and security awareness in executive areas. Monitor data integrity through periodic audits and prepare executive-level reports with clear, actionable insights.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years in corporate headquarters facilities management or executive services overseeing large-scale operations, including substantial leadership experience
  • Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives, board of directors, or high-profile client environments requiring discretion and elevated service standards
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with executive presence
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities with proven track record managing sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact
  • High adaptability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with ability to remain composed and solutions-focused during critical situations
  • Deep understanding of workplace technology, building systems, and integrated facility management platforms
  • Proficient with CMMS programs including Corrigo
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager), FMP (Facility Management Professional), or equivalent credentials
  • Experience with corporate governance, executive protocols, and confidentiality requirements
  • Background in luxury hotel operations, corporate concierge services, or executive office management
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and wellness programs in premium workplace environments
