Senior Analyst, CRE Transaction Management What this job involves:

As a Senior Analyst on JLL's Corporate Real Estate Team, you'll play a vital role in supporting real estate service delivery through the coordination and execution of transaction-based work that drives strategic value for our clients. In this dynamic position, you'll manage the full lifecycle of corporate real estate transactions, from project initiation and market survey presentations through financial analysis, lease execution, and closeout, ensuring accuracy and quality in all materials produced. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your analytical capabilities by preparing and interpreting complex financial analyses including cash flow modeling, net present value calculations, and profit and loss statements that inform critical real estate decisions. Your work will directly support JLL management through the creation of strategic transaction presentations and proactive management of lease events, critical dates, and expiration tracking. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Support all steps surrounding corporate real estate transactions, including project initiation, presentation of market surveys, review of RFPs and LOIs, preparation of financial analyses and building options lists, lease execution, and closeout

  • Proactively manage lease events by tracking critical dates and expiration timelines to ensure timely action and strategic decision-making

  • Prepare, review, and interpret financial analyses including cash flow modeling, net present value calculations, and profit and loss statements to determine the financial impact of various transaction scenarios

  • Manage Dealio platform operations and maintain accurate quarterly and monthly commission tracking to support team financial management

  • Draft lease notice letters, exit letters with security deposit requests, and any necessary correspondence to JLL subtenants with precision and professionalism

  • Review ongoing lease option language to ensure proper abstraction and accurate documentation within JLL systems

  • Prepare strategic transaction PowerPoint decks for JLL Management that clearly communicate market insights, financial recommendations, and decision-making frameworks

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field

  • 2-5 years of corporate real estate experience in managing transactions, strategy development, or lease administration

  • Strong analytical, financial, and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

  • High level of personal credibility with strong customer relationship, networking, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinking capabilities combined with a creative, solutions-oriented mindset and "can do" approach to problem-solving

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working within corporate real estate departments or commercial real estate service providers supporting Fortune 500 clients

  • Familiarity with Dealio or similar commercial real estate transaction management platforms

  • Knowledge of commercial lease structures, lease abstraction processes, and real estate financial modeling best practices

  • Professional certifications or coursework in corporate real estate, finance, or related disciplines

  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership audiences

  • Background in portfolio analysis, market research, or real estate strategy development

Estimated compensation for this position:

60,800.00 - 88,200.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
