Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM

(Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department)

Function: Designs, develops, and conducts system training of departmental employees and acts as a liaison for department lines of business to support their needs related to training and change management. Acts as a Project Coordinator for various initiatives to support departments and assists with corporate implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design and facilitates lesson plans, training materials, and manuals to support corporate system training and corporate process related projects. Support department managers and employees with new hire system training and refresher training as needed.

2. Responsible for nCino system training for new users and ongoing refresher training for current users for all active modules within the system to include Commercial, Business Banking, Treasury Management, Construction, etc. Creating, maintaining, and updating user guide manuals.

3. Provides guidance and direction to lines of business directing project coordination of new system and process rollouts. Includes providing guidance, research, creating content, creating training plans/aids/videos, organizing training and LMS assignments.

4. Supports nCino & Salesforce, Treasury Management and Mortgage trainers/departments with training materials, guides and assessments, change management and aids various business lines in lending. Maintain knowledge of the various business lines, workflows and loan stages and maintain good working relationships with employees and trainers.

5. Supports the bank e-learning management system to develop, design, and assign training through the LMS. Works independently with department managers to design and develop e-learning training courses that are bank compliant. Uploads and configures e-learning content for assignment.

a. Assists with ensuring new hires and employee change position receive the correct assignments/curriculum by assigning and reviewing assignments for new hires, transfers, refresher, and as requested by LOB

a. Work with departments to design and create courses for assignment

b. Assist with supplying reports and content for audit requests, as required.

c. Leverages the LMS vendor relationship to enhance the LMS and Bank's training practices.

6. Develop job training aids, manuals, and other development tools for new initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, new departments, etc. Participate in the training of department employees as a result of mergers.

7. Coordinates and conducts department visits and discussion as needed for additional training for new and seasoned employee's for observation, system training, hands on understanding.

8. Offers recommendations regarding additional training, coaching and retention for department employees at the Bank. Works with Employee Services and management.

9. Stays abreast of latest Bank procedures, policies, compliance, security, products and services, and operations by attending/participating in various workshops, meetings, etc., to train accurately and effectively.

10. Works closely with departments to ensure timely updates to all written procedures, training manuals and job aids.

11. Assists with the development, refinement, and updates of training as needed, working with compliance and legal experts as well as the heads of various departments within the Bank.

12. Assists with the coordination and facilitation of training webinar, update training resources as needed and produce training material for training events.

13. Acts as a liaison/problem solver to bank employees for technical support on Bank systems.

14. Conducts and tabulates results of needs assessments and compiles summaries from training evaluations.

15. Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization.

16. Assumes other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Education:

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training or two-year associate degree or equivalent, specifically training design & facilitation, education background, or national training certification preferred.

Experience:

Requires five to ten years of general experience and two to five years of training experience. Additional two to five years in the banking industry.
