Position Summary The Pricing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of pricing and contract-related activities. This role is responsible for investigating billing blocks, managing pricing notifications, tracking contract performance, and ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders. The analyst works closely with the Sales Team, Account Managers, and other departments to maintain pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Duties

- Investigate and resolve billing blocks and pricing discrepancies by reviewing customer purchase orders against established pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Teams to gather necessary documentation and escalate issues as needed.
- Track recurring issues and contribute to process improvement efforts to prevent future discrepancies.
- Assist in managing pricing notifications, including tracking list price adjustments and monitoring expirations for both IDN and Local Accounts.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely communication of price changes to customers and maintain accurate documentation of all notifications.
- Maintain positive working relationships with the Sales Team to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Track and monitor contract-related activities, including expirations and renewals; prepare reports to support timely follow-up and execution.
- Monitor contract performance for assigned regions and assist in determining compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with the Install Base Team and other departments to track equipment return requirements and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy while compiling and analyzing reports.
- Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education, Training and Experience
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Marketing, related field preferred.
- 1+ years of sales administration, customer service, sales support or related experience

The estimated wage range for this role in Utah is between $21.60 and $30.50 per hour. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
