The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will support the day-to-day operations and ongoing enhancements of our Salesforce platform. This certified professional will be responsible for user support, data integrity, platform maintenance, and configuration using Salesforce's declarative tools. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where they find solving problems, improving processes, and resolving a steady flow of cases both expected and rewarding. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules in accordance with governance and security standards.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation using Flow and other declarative tools, designing scalable solutions that align with established platform standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and Salesforce Cases promptly, demonstrating curiosity and a strong investigative mindset to diagnose root causes and close a high volume of Cases efficiently.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex Salesforce issues, applying advanced problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system challenges.
- Participate in Agile delivery processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, contributing technical insight and helping ensure user stories are implemented effectively.
- Maintain accurate system documentation, metadata tracking, and configuration change logs to support transparency, governance, and long-term maintainability.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-release validation of new functionality, platform updates, and integrations as part of the Salesforce Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions that improve usability, operational efficiency, and system reliability.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Salesforce Administrators, supporting knowledge sharing and configuration best practices across the team.
- Monitor system performance, recommend optimizations, and proactively identify opportunities to streamline automation, improve system stability, and enhance the user experience.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases and recommend features or enhancements that align with business needs and platform strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications. Education, Training, Certifications:
- High school Diploma, or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field, preferred.
Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:
- 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex, enterprise Salesforce environment.
- Advanced proficiency designing declarative automation using Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered, screen, and scheduled flows, with strong experience configuring the Salesforce data model, security model, validation logic, and related platform capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service, including configuration, optimization, and end-user support in operational environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including the data model, security model, automation design considerations, and platform limitations.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex system issues, applying strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills while maintaining clear documentation of solutions and system changes.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Process Management.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including participation in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and iterative release cycles using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release management and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including testing, deployment support, and post-release validation in collaboration with DevOps teams.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for stakeholders across the organization.
- Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the business.
Systems and Software Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification, required
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II certification, preferred.
- Advanced Field Service Accredited Professional certification, preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
Other Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
- Must be able to comply with SFPH's Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement.
- Occasional travel required, up to 10%.
