Safety Administrator
McMillen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Safety Administrator to support and enhance our safety program across water resource construction projects. This role is responsible for maintaining safety documentation, supporting compliance efforts, coordinating training, and assisting field teams to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain required EHS data in safety management software and compliance systems.
- Prepare EHS communications: safety alerts, metrics, and compliance reminders.
- Update and maintain current information on the company's Safety SharePoint page.
- Assist with the implementation and administration of safety programs and policies.
- Support compliance with OSHA and other federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Track and monitor employee safety training, certifications, and renewals
- Facilitate the implementation of the company's safety recognition programs.
- Prepare and submit safety reports, metrics, and compliance documentation
- Assist with safety audits, compliance reviews, and document control
- Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and documentations requirements
- Facilitate communication between field personnel, supervisors, and management regarding safety metrics, records, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with PPE and safety equipment ordering, tracking, and stocking requirements.
- Collaborate with safety management, project managers, and field supervisors to promote a strong safety culture
- Perform additional tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a safety, administrative, or construction support role
- Experience in construction, utilities, or water resource projects preferred
- Fundamental knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
- Ability to get along and work effectively with others.

Compensation Package:
- Pay: $24.05/hr
