Position Summary The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full recruiting lifecycle for BBSI's Light Industrial and Professional Services staffing operations. This role ensures a high-quality candidate experience, smooth internal workflow, and accurate onboarding compliance while also providing structured sales and lead generation support to drive branch revenue growth. This position combines recruiting coordination (30%), onboarding and compliance (20%), operations and administration (25%), and sales support including lead generation and market investigation (20%), with limited client and team support responsibilities (5%). Time Allocation Breakdown * Recruitment Support - 30% * Onboarding & Compliance - 20% * Recruiting Operations & Administration - 25% * Sales Support & Lead Generation - 20% * Client & Team Support - 5% Recruitment Support (30%) * Source candidates through job boards, referrals, walk-ins, and social platforms. * Conduct phone screens to evaluate skills, work history, availability, and job fit. * Schedule interviews for recruiters and hiring managers. * Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process. Onboarding & Compliance (20%) * Guide candidates through onboarding steps (applications, I-9, E-Verify, background checks, drug screens). * Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and stored according to compliance standards. * Coordinate start dates, orientations, and client-specific onboarding requirements. * Support payroll documentation and timesheet collection. Recruiting Operations & Administration (25%) * Post and refresh job ads across multiple platforms. * Maintain complete and accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems. * Track candidate flow, interview activity, and placement updates. * Assist with weekly reporting, metrics tracking, and internal communication. * Support branch workflow and front-office needs as required. Sales Support & Lead Generation (20%) * Conduct lead generation activities including research, list building, and outbound prospect identification. * Perform market investigation to identify target industries, companies, and hiring trends. * Support Account Managers and Recruiters with ATS updates and sales pipeline tracking. * Prepare candidate marketing profiles and submission packets for client presentations. * Assist with job order intake documentation and requisition setup. * Track sales metrics and activity reports tied to revenue initiatives. * Coordinate logistics for client meetings, visits, and networking events. Client & Team Support (5%) * Communicate scheduling updates and onboarding status to Recruiters and Managers. * Ensure candidates are prepared for interviews and job assignments. * Reinforce service standards through timely responsiveness and follow-through. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, sales support, or high-volume customer service. * Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. * Proficient with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. * Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in compliance requirements. Salary and Other Compensation: The starting hourly rate for this position is between $23-27.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications, and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for quarterly pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Paid Time Off: Accrued sick leave of 1 hour for every 40 hours of work, with maximum based on state or regional requirements; vacation accrues up to 80 hours in the first year, up to 120 hours in years 2-4, and up to 160 hours in the fifth year; 6 paid holidays annually, 4 paid volunteer days annually.
