  • Monitoring and evaluating employees' performance to maintain high standards of quality and productivity

  • Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans

  • Ensuring accurate administration of work orders, materials, and equipment failure reports

  • Enforcing safety rules, conducting safety inspections, and addressing employee safety concerns

  • Collaborating across departments to resolve issues and improve processes

  • Contributing to innovative projects and fostering a culture of teamwork

We value passion and attitude over experience. That's why we don't expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as engineering, transportation, or operations management

  • Experience or understanding of maintenance operations and team leadership

  • Knowledge of technical systems, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic components

  • Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards

  • A certification in maintenance, safety, or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and supportive colleagues

  • Progress towards leadership roles within the organization

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
