Handson experience with stamping dies, preferably highspeed progressive dies Strong understanding of die construction, wear patterns, and failure points Ability to read prints and use precision measuring tools Experience working independently in a tool room or die assembly environment High School Diploma or GED Technical school degree a plus Ability to lift up to 50lbs Perform handson maintenance, repair, and rebuilds of stamping dies Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble tooling components Troubleshoot die issues during scheduled maintenance and press breakdowns Restore tooling to production readiness quickly and efficiently Keeping tools running reliably and efficiently so that production stays on track Why This Role?
