Hang parts on racks in preparation for the powder coating process Work in and around oven areas to support powder coating application and curing Alternate between hanging and coating support duties based on daily production needs Ensure proper handling and placement of parts to maintain quality standards Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements, when working near heat and coating equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heat exposure (oven area) Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail to ensure quality coating results Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Reliable with a strong work ethic and flexibility to rotate duties Why This Opportunity?
