Buyer Assistant

In this role, you'll be at the center of the product lifecycle-helping bring great deals to life from initial order to store delivery. You'll partner closely with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure purchase orders are accurate, shipments arrive on time, and pricing is consistent across systems. Your work directly influences what customers see on shelves, making your attention to detail and sense of urgency critical to success.

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage purchase orders with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Research and validate product pricing, costs, and retail values
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to track shipments and resolve issues
• Ensure invoices are processed efficiently and discrepancies are addressed quickly
• Support promotional and advertising efforts, including product setup and image coordination
• Respond promptly to store inquiries and help troubleshoot operational challenges
• Maintain organized and accurate product and supplier data across systems

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
