MDM Migration Specialist (EntryLevel) About the Role Join a collaborative technology team responsible for remotely upgrading PointofSale (POS) handheld devices used across a large retail footprint. In this role, you'll play a handson part in modernizing device management by migrating handhelds from a legacy Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform to a current environment. If you enjoy fastpaced work, learning new technology, and contributing to impactful projects, this role is a great opportunity to grow your skills. This position is based in New Albany, Ohio. What You'll Be Doing Project & Technical Work * Perform remote software upgrades on POS handheld devices * Migrate devices from a legacy MDM platform to a modern solution * Follow daily store migration schedules and meet projectbased targets * Maintain accurate project documentation and progress tracking * Identify and escalate technical or process issues to the project lead Communication & Collaboration * Participate in daily team touchpoints and status meetings * Provide progress updates to leadership * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution What You Bring * Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highenergy environment * Strong customer service mindset with clear verbal and written communication * Selfdriven work ethic with excellent attention to detail * At least 1 year of experience working with Android OS, preferably in a retail or devicedriven setting Key Skills * Software installation and upgrades * Handheld device support * Androidbased systems * POS or retail technology environments Nice to Have * Prior retail experience * Exposure to Androidbased POS or handheld devices Experience Level Entry Level - ideal for candidates looking to build handson experience in retail technology, device management, and largescale IT projects. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
