Area Clinic Manager

We are seeking anambitious, operationally-focused and results-driven leader.As an Area Clinic Manager you will provide direction and guidance to the interdisciplinary team supporting multiple facilities to ensure that the highest standards of care is provided.Candidate must be organized and able to work independently and must possess solid management and computer skills.

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment; BSN preferred.
• 12 months of nursing experience.
• Meets state/licensing requirements.
• 6 months of experience in kidney failure/transplant care, including dialysis training.
• 3-5 years of clinical and management experience in an ESRD facility preferred.
• BLS and CPR certification required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interpret safety and procedural documents.
