Are you an experienced Industrial Designer ready to make a significant impact on the next generation of physical products? We're seeking a visionary designer to translate complex insights into tangible, innovative solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of user experiences, bringing groundbreaking concepts to life, and directly influencing the products that will define our industry. Your creativity and expertise will drive the evolution of design, delivering solutions that delight and inspire.

**Core Responsibilities**

* Translate complex human-centered insights and strategic opportunities into novel, tangible physical product concepts.

* Develop detailed design solutions across physical touchpoints from approved proposals, ensuring technical feasibility and aesthetic integrity.

* Create initial low-fidelity prototypes (physical or digital renderings/models) to effectively communicate and evaluate design intent early in the development process.

* Synthesize quantitative customer data with qualitative insights to define core value propositions and shape initial design directions.

* Lead or actively participate in design evaluation activities, such as co-creation sessions or research, and iterate on designs based on gathered feedback.

* Contribute to the refinement of design proposals and assist in writing baseline Experience Requirements.

**Qualifications**

* **Experience:** 5-10 years of professional experience in industrial design.

* **Design Expertise:** Skilled in form exploration, ergonomics, and material considerations.

* **Holistic Thinking:** Proven ability to integrate physical product design with digital user experiences, thinking across both touchpoints.

* **Software Proficiency:** Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling, rendering, visualization, and design collaboration software.
