Data Entry Clerk

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry & Verification Specialist to support critical business objectives through high-volume data processing. This role involves entering alpha and numeric information into proprietary systems, assigning numerical codes to entry items, and performing rigorous quality checks to ensure data integrity. You will work within a standardized environment that requires a sharp focus on specialized rules, system commands, and evolving instructions.

• High-Volume Data Processing: Execute rapid and accurate alpha/numeric data entry using PCs and standalone terminals.
• Quality Assurance: Verify data completeness and accuracy via sight and machine checks; audit records to identify and correct discrepancies before final submission.
• Documentation & Coding: Prepare raw documentation for entry by assigning appropriate numerical codes and ratings based on established protocols.
• Workflow Management: Navigate multiple applications and system commands independently to manage large record batches, such as Health Needs Assessments.
• Process Adherence: Follow standardized operational patterns while maintaining strict compliance with specific job formats and changing organizational instructions.

1. Accurate & Efficient Data Entry (Alpha/Numeric)

• Expertise in high-volume entry with a focus on speed and precision.
• Proven ability to manage and upload large-scale datasets (e.g., 500+ records) within tight windows.

2. Meticulous Attention to Detail

• Sharp visual acuity for identifying errors in complex datasets.
• Commitment to following multi-layered procedural rules and specialized entry instructions.

3. Technical System Navigation

• Proficiency in Windows-based environments and cross-application workflows.
• Familiarity with system commands, file formatting, and basic clerical office support.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $9 to $14.28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
